Name both sides
Read the team labels before entering a completed hand. If someone renames a team later, the tool updates that column; it does not move earlier results between sides. Keep the same partnership order for the whole record.
Check the newest row
Compare the latest trick counts with the agreed result, then inspect the awarded points. Looking only at a cumulative total can hide an incorrect entry that was added perfectly.
Preserve the useful context
The optional note can explain a correction or a relevant agreement. Do not put private account details, passwords or unrelated personal information in it. A note should help someone who was at the table understand the record later.
Export before resetting
Use CSV export while the record is available. Browser data can be cleared, and another phone will not automatically share it. Undo removes the latest hand. If an older row is wrong, save a copy before rebuilding the session.
